This payment link is for participants who have been accepted into the EMDR Certification Cohort. The group meets monthly on the third Friday of each month at 2:00 PM EST, beginning in June and continuing through December. Each session is 1 hour and 15 minutes long.

EMDR Certification Cohort Syllabus
While each session has focus on various phases, there will always be time for open consultation. You are encouraged to bring any EMDR-related clinical questions to each group, even if they are not related to the topic that month.
Session 1: Certification Tips and Getting Started
Brief overview of EMDRIA certification requirements, documentation tips, and consultation goals.
Session 2: Phase 1 – History Taking & Case Conceptualization
Quick review of Phase 1 with a focus on advanced strategies and common challenges.
Session 3: Phase 2 – Preparation
Discussion of readiness, stabilization, and managing complex presentations.
Session 4: Phases 3–4 – Assessment & Desensitization
Focus on completing Phase 3, managing reprocessing challenges, and addressing looping or blocked processing.
Session 5: Phases 5–6 – Installation & Body Scan
Exploration of strengthening positive cognition, somatic awareness, and staying within protocol while adjusting to client needs.
Session 6: Phases 7–8 – Closure and Reevaluation
Emphasis on closure strategies, reviewing treatment progress, and returning to unresolved targets.
Session 7: Integration & Final Consultation Hours
Open consultation and final check-in on progress toward certification goals
